Hmmmmm I start exercising, and my weight increases 2.2 lbs since then! I suppose however I don't feel like I have gained anything at all. I know I have been really busy with spring cleaning and work around the house so have eaten dinner really late these two nights! I also ate some chocolate as a treat this weekend so maybe that was it?! I will have to see what happens these next few days as I would really like to get back into those 140's!

Also they say muscle weighs more... I am sure your exercising is a good thing! Way to take this to the next level. I've been tryring to b consistent with some yoga stretching every morning, but I need to do more. I definitely have some saggy skin issues.

Thanks Mary! I REALLY have to get into proper stretching for sure....I am still hurting a little bit from the run on Saturday, LOL. I go to Zumba this Thursday night so not doing any more exercise until then so I can actually keep up the high pace in class - I know for sure I will hurt after!. I am using Mio watch to track heartrate and calories when I work out. When I took the Zumba classes in the fall I would burn 600-800 calories doing one hour of Zumba Toning. I was heavier then so I am wondering how it will be this time around?
I too have loose skin issues, particularily the backs of my arms, back and my lower stomach area. I have a little in my inner thighs too! Are you still experiencing issues with hair loss?
