Is there anyway to change my Macros on here? I'm doing ketos and I did my Macro online and its different than this. I guess I can just keep looking at my stuff and ignore that I'm over in fat and protein when I'm not

Yes. In reports you can change lots of things. I’m curious, what keto calculator did you use? They are not all the same for sure
