Just thought I'd do a midweek check-in...
Started walking to and from work this week. I got a pedometer and recorded that I walked 16000 steps on Tuesday and 20000 on Wednesday. I know I'll be walking fewer steps today, but my goal is for 12000 to 15000 per day. I thought that goal was a bit high, especially since my work doesn't involve a lot of walking, but it seems to be working.
Plus, I'm doing yoga again and will start doing some weight training next week.
Only problem right now is, well, two problems right now. I'm not getting enough quality sleep and I think that is due to the fact that I ache everywhere. Maybe I'm getting sick....
Trying not to eat after 9pm and if I do, it's only a bowl of oatmeal. Plus, I'm trying to eat a lot more leafy greens and limit the amount of bread I'm eating. (Because I love bread and could eat it all the time if I could!)
We'll see again on Monday or Tuesday how well I'm doing then!
