Well, on the good side, my son and I started the basement. We hauled out a full mattress set, 3 office chairs, a tv, and a recliner to the curb. Then I took him to McDs for lunch. Now the bad side. I cheated for the first time since I started on Jan 1st. I ate an angus burger(at least I didn't eat the bun), half a medium fries, a medium REGULAR coke, and a ice cream cone. I feel bloated and half sick and have a headache. I have to admit that it tasted so so good.....but feel so very guilty too. I can only hope that it doesn't show on the scale too badly. I have read that sometimes a cheat actually kick starts losing again, but think that's just wishful thinking on my part. <sigh>
