No donuts 4 U's Journal, 18 December 2017

So I the last few months, I haven't paid attention to what I've been eating. I haven't been to the gym in over a year.
I've gained 20 pounds without actually noticing until one day..... squishing myself into my jeans made me decide to go ahead, see what that old scale had to say. I really wish I'd have paid more attention to what I was doing and not left the scale under the bed (pout of sight, out of mind) for anyone to say not to weigh myself is like telling me not to look I the mirror. if I don't see it, it kind of don't matter.
