So i weighted myself this morning and i "lost 4 lbs" IDK if this is accurtate or I didnt have enough water bc I did Bikram Yoga yesterday and only drank a litre of water after class. Either way I took 1 hydroxicut yesterday 30 mins before i ate- I felt a tremdous amount of anxiety but it also allowed me to work out longer before yoga class (26 mins of sprint intervals between 3.3-3.5 MPH to 7.0-8.2 MPH).
140.7 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
