So...I feel pretty good today. Did only OK yesterday (didn't realize sugar snap peas were as high cal as they are), but am still experimenting with foods and what to eat and when so I don't feel hungry. I know I get obsessed with what my next meal is going to be, and I don't quite know what to do about that. I am doing some reading about food mentality and emotional eating...the more I learn, hopefully, the more good I will do.
