Well I recorded it this time. 194.9. I’ll stay off the scale for a while now and hope to get a loss next week. Maybe my massage yesterday squished some toxins out of my fat cells. The thing is - I’m feeling good. Have a bit of energy and my clothes are fitting a little better. What more can I really want right? But I do know if I step on that scale and it says 195 or higher ever again you will be able to hear me screaming wherever you are. And I’m in Alabama. 😀
