Did really well last night in spite of a surprise date night. Had a fish sandwich, plain, no bun (ok a fish fillet) and a baked potato from Wendy's. DID have movie popcorn, but had plenty calories to spare. Still lost weight this am.

I pretty much am doing my own thing with food and it's okay for me becuz I can't do diets so to speak. I also am back to weighing everday now I got the battery in my scale... it does help to know what I am doing daily to maybe help me become more conscious of what I put in my mouth. Let's remember we are eating to livenot living to eat and how good we will look this summer plus I am looking forward to getting that swing in my hips when I walk...you know that swagger :O)
