Well, I said I wasn't going to weigh, and that my husband was going to hide the scales, but he didn't and I DID!! Weigh that is. Wish i hadn't b/c i am still at the same weight, but on the other hand, makes me want to really watch what i eat today and get in a workout!! Usually on phase 1 I would have lost atleast a pound a day in 3 days!! My husband has already down 7 this week!! Loser!! (J/K!! I am really happy for him!)Oh well, so here we go. Another day!!

I really think it's a good thing to look at the scale as often as one can stand it (not more than once a day). It has become such a habit with me now that it rarely stresses me out anymore and the benefit is huge IMHO. When you catch a problem early...

thanks for adding me, it looks like you're doing a great job! my son will be 11mos on the 23rd...i cant believe the time has flown by and i'm still sitting here like a big fat turd. i'm afraid to even take any pics with him cause i'm so disgusted with myself, it's sad! so, i have to do this, i'm officially on the bandwagon, and i can't go it alone, so i'm very thankful for this site! your little boy's so cute! anyway, i look forward to chatting with you and good luck!

GRACIE!!! you need a time-out for calling hubby names?? LOL It's more suitable if you just TRIP him when passing in the hallway! do it all subtle-like! and then make sure you apologize profusely for it...so he'll never know! LOL
ps...did you work out today? Hey, let's work out together tomorrow...say about 11:30am? Ok, don't be late!!
