I fell off track yesterday! I felt tired and irratated by happenings at work. Seeking comfort, I grabbed a burger and ate some fries. Once done, I felt guilty - It wasn't worth the cheating ... no improved feelings - just guilt and a bit of panic! I'm behaving today!
