10 days into the induction phase of Atkins and feeling very frustrated. I lost 3.4 lbs in the first 3 days and have been at a contstant 183.2 for the last 7 days. I have a pretty good idea what I'm doing wrong, so I'm going to try to fix it and see what happens in the next few days. 37 days until the wedding!!!
