so I am 6 months into this weight loss journey and I am down 30 lbs. I am pretty pleased with this but I went for my yearly medical checkup and my glucose is pretty high. I wonder how bad it had to have been 6 months ago if this is without pasta, bread, sugar, anything not on keto since july. I just have to trust the process and keep losing weight and let me body heal.
