Went on vacation to Mexico. Ate well but alcohol intake was very high. I did cardio 3 times over my vacation plus one water aerobics class. That seemed to help some b/c my clothes still fit ok. Now that I'm back, the alcohol intake has dropped by about 75% and my eating will go back to normal.
My goal is still 140!
