Even though I weighed in yesterday, I felt a lot thinner when I woke up and was pleased to see that I was down another pound. I know these results aren't typical, but I will take what I can get.
I do feel like I have more energy and I am happier. Just detoxing your body of all the crap does wonders for the psyche.
If only the baby would allow me to run longer than 20 minutes, everything would be perfect!
