Alli has been in short supply for the last several months. I searched for other quick weight loss plans, to no avail. I have gained significant amount of weight. Just went to the doctor, who told me I needed to lose some weight. So I am giving this another try. Since the "quick fix" doesn't seem to last I am trying to eat reasonable portions and walk in the evening.
