Had a horrible week from a nutrition standpoint. I didn't see a carb I didn't like. Only worked out once (for the warm up and about 10 minutes) because I was feeling fragile. Feeling better, so far, this week. I'm sure watching nutrition and getting in some working outs will make me feel better.
