Good morning all my friends!!! I went to the gym and the boxing gym last night. I have been doing really well. I'm on day 5 of the Extreme Fat Smash...I really want to get this holiday weight off. I'm going to Seattle at the end of January and I at least want to have a little weight off before I go. I've been working out just about everyday. Unfortunately, I can't go tonight b/c I have voice lessons but I'll be back at both gyms tomorrow night. I hope everyone has tried the sugar free peanut butter cookies...they're really good. For those who didn't get the recipe, here it is:
1 cup peanut butter 1 cup Splenda 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all together...bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
My husband's grandfather is a diabetic, so I made these for him...he loved them!!!

Boxing workouts are always great cardio. You'll definately meet your goal. I love peanut butter cookies. I am going to make them after I detox.

Jaden...nothing like a little trip at the end of January to get you pumped up to lose weight. I love when I have a goal date to meet! it gives me incentive!! keep up the hard work. I'll be back tomorrow to see if you stuck to your gym workout!
