Ah Sunday! Just hanging around relaxing today. I always get every second Monday off however I was asked to work a little O/T tomorrow. This will be alright as the weather is quite dull and rainy anyways - I can take another day off down the road as a freebie so will save it until when the weather is nicer!

I also signed up for Zumba classes again, once a week, starting May 10th. I have not been back to those classes since the fall and am quite excited to go back at my new weight! Being 30lbs + lighter should make it easier to catch back up with all the routines and get back into the intensity of the work out! For anyone who hasn't gone, you should try it a least once as it is super fun and energetic! A total body work out! Oh I will probably hurt after the first class, but a good burn is a good start! ;)

I've never tried a Zumba class, it sounds like fun! I've been riding my bike alot, but it's raining here, too, so that's not so good. I have some yoga exercises I do, but I haven't been doing them. I think I will start them back up this morning.

Do you mind me asking how tall you are? I've noticed that our start weight, current weight and goal weight are pretty similar. I think I'm going to switch my goal weight to 135 also. The ideal weight for my height, 5-7, is around 135 since I've got a small frame. I'm definitely doing this maintenance phase longer if I need to to make sure I've got a good set point. Hopefully my hormones will behave!

Hey there....Yoga is really good for the bod! I haven't gotten into it lately but I know I should too!. I am at 5'4" , but I am a medium boned person. I have always had athletic legs and have been more solid even when I was 117 back in high school! I chose 135 as it feels more realistic than when I was in the 120's in my 20's! :)
