The last couple days have been a real challenge for me. I feel frumpy and icky. Even though I am staying in my weight goal I am very stressed and busy and fitness and health are very much on the back burner. I don't want to be the girl who say, "oh, I used to run, ugh, I just don't have time." But it feels that way.
This week is going to be a challenge too. We have big changes happening in our house and they aren't really allowing me much "me" time. But it will be short lived, life will settle.
