Well Good Morning All! I see a loss after a horrible gain. It's been a struggle. Between my Meds.. Menopause and my MS I've been busy. Right now the worry us a possible relapse of my MS. I have to be 'mindful' of that, my food intake and retraining for another career. It's been a stressful time since June 1st. Well friends don't give up on me yet! I'm still here and fighting a big fight in many ways. Have a great week and I'll be good to myself!
