I'm going to start a journal entry and add to it later tonight. I am so happy because I lost another 2 lbs. today! So that is 3 more since my last weekly weigh-in. My actual weekly weigh-in is tomorrow. Maybe quitting those aspartame drinks helped. I have had an upset stomach because of more drama from another group again today. But maybe it will cause me to lose yet more weight. I can hope. I am only part-way into my food today so I'll post it and my ketones and my exercise later. Well I'm definitely doing something right - my ketone stick is dark purple again tonight and I'm under 20 total carbs again. It has been an emotional day but I guess I needed a lesson in standing up to a bully. The important thing is that I wasn't at all tempted to eat over the uproar. I walked again today,too (for only 18 minutes though). I should give myself more credit I'm really doing well and working hard to change my life.
