Instead of a slow jog, I'm actually running! It's taken a couple months to work up to it, but it's a great feeling. I've been recording the time it takes me to complete my run route, and it's dropped a lot. I experienced some aches and pains when I started this program, but I'm glad that I worked through them.
My thought process seems to be getting clearer. Switching to healthier food choices (with cheat days thrown in) and routine exercise has made a huge impact on an old timer like me.
I'm half way to my goal. It feels good.
