Well - Thanksgiving did a number on me! My reason for doing this was to lose weight that I had gained during my first pregnancy so that I would be a more manageable weight at the time of my 2nd pregnancy. Guess what I learned yesterday! I gained 3 lbs this week over Thanksgiving holiday which makes me sad, but I also gained a new family member who I will be meeting in about 9 months. I am excited and happy with the progress that I made. I went from a size 16 to a size 10. I went from 191 to 163 lbs. in just 13 weeks!! I started last pregnancy at 169 and gained 40 lbs. I am starting this one at a healthier place. So now, it is my goal to keep my body and my baby nourished. I may still use Fatsecret off and on to check on my eating habits, but my "weight loss" calorie counting days have come to an end, at least for now. I will be back in the future to lose baby weight again, but until then, I am going to enjoy my pregnancy and focus on keeping this baby and this body healthy!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
