Day 3 and I'm alittle hungry today. I ate a good salad I made and ended up eating half of an energy bar but its messing with my stomach. So I better back away from those.
Stepped on the scales this morning - 195.6 - I did take a diuretic yesturday but I do beleive NOW that carbs are my enemy and as long as I feed my face with them I won't ever lose weight.
Search internet for recipes that are simple and good for me. (low carb) I am reall y impressed with all the new ideas and selections for back when I tried this diet around 2003 or 04 ..
I want to be healthy!! I want my Dr to say you are really doing great and keep it up whatever it is!! I want her to say she is proud of me that I am finally losing the pounds and doing it theright way.
I want to be proud of "ME" I want my sister to not have to worry about me anymore.
I want to live a long life.
