At Heather's Wed & couldn't weight. Spent Tues night. Breakfast 1/2 peanut butter & jelly. Lunch Chick- Fil- A meal 8 nuggets, waffle fries, & 2 sweet teas. Dinner 11:30pm. 4 sausage links & 2 scrambled eggs w/ 2 slices swiss chesse. Drink 1 can white soda w/ Crown Royal.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week
