aku cutting kak @ami mahadi bener kata kak @Ryn99 kalo cutting itu program menurunkan berat badan, biasanya org juga bilang istilah fat loss, kalau bulking itu menaikkan berat badan alias weight gain, tapi bukan sembarangan, bulking jg bertujuan supaya ketika beratnya mencapai angka ideal, dengan massa otot yg baik, jd tidak besar karena lemak
