Went to a wedding Saturday. After a few orange martini's I seemed to lose all diet-related willpower. (It's also possible that I lost all willpower entirely, but that would be a longer story and not necessarily diet-related.) It's really annoying how quickly the weight comes back. The lesson out of this for me (one that was mentioned in the SBD book, btw) is that it's much harder to stay on the plan when I drink. One glass of wine is okay, but after that I am likely to yield to temptation (diet temptation, that is).
However, today is a new day. I worked out very hard this morning and am following the diet properly so far.
