I went to a boot camp exercise class with a friend last night, and usually I am not one for group exercise, at least I haven't been in the recent past, but I remembered why I did like it, just being around other people made me more inclined to push myself harder and I did. It was a freakin' tough class! But I am so happy I went and I really want to go next week. I did this class because I am looking into taking on the instructor as a personal trainer. This is also the first time I have entertained the idea of a personal trainer. I haven't wanted to spend the money on it before, but I am so tired of doing the same things, and being afraid to try something new because I'm afraid I'll gain instead of just maintain. So I am doing a dual session with my friend this coming week and after that will decide if I want to continue. This trainer is a great deal for all of what she does and how personalized the program is, so I think it will be worth the money. It will end up being a lot of money though, at least a lot more than I'm used to spending on fitness.

took my measurements the other day:
Waist: 29.5"
Tummy (at belly button): 33.25"
Ribcage: 30.5"
Thigh: (at fattest part) 23.5"
Bicep: 11"
I forgot to measure my hips so, that will come soon.
