Sunday I returned to my (near) normal food allowances after having my 2 fasting days and one recovery day from my Doctor apptmt
...and today I am 100% back on track with eating GOOD food (not just food less than 1600 calories)....
It's always easier for me to stay on track Mon - Fri
I probably won't weigh myself for another day or two as I don't feel normalized yet. (my system)
