It seems like we have had company at our house for weeks and recording evening meals is a bit of a shot in the dark as my wife and in-laws do not follow any recipes of record amount of ingredients used when they cook in the evening. I have tried to figure it out, but it becomes a frustrating exercise. So, instead I just make special care to take only 1.5 cups of anything we have at dinner, drink at least 8oz of water, and get to bed by 10PM before the munchies come on. It seems to be working as my weight has gone down in the last week, but that also may have a lot to do with me ramping up my 10k training reginmen ten days ago. Either way, I'm getting a handle on it and started back on a healthy 'downward trend' once again.
