I'm having my first bad craving today. I've now gone 3 days without chocolate and it's catching up to me, so I had 3 little tiny bites of a dark Cadbury Thins bar, and I'm hoping that it will tide me over. I need to find a way to cope with my cravings, because right now I could eat a pound of chocolate. I think a lot of it has become habit and I need to learn to break those habits.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 January 2008:

Its ok its impossible to be perfect. What I have to try to remember is that this is a lifestyle change and not a deit. so dont be hard on your self and good luck

NurseSarah, I know what you mean. But, the abs diet does allow 2 small snickers or 2 small peppermint patties after dinner...I wouldn't make a habit of it...but allowable.
