took a break from recording my food intake...will start again on the 23rd of April along with excercise (using my body media to record burned calories) Going to the Y 5-6 times per week combining weight lifting with arobic classes and cardio machines...broke the 190lb barrior. Doctors appointment on the 23rd, i will ask how much I should weigh...my BMI has gone from a 33 to a 28...
