I am back to thinking before I eat and making good choices. I have been using the cable system's video on demand service to pull up exercise videos. So far, that is working out very well. Three pounds weight loss is great. I also have followed the advice that I have seen from others on the site to drink water. If I can get back to 155 by next week, then I can focus on working down to my goal weight.
