Been tracking my diet for a little over a week now. Pulled out my old book from when I lost my weight, and it suggested a caloric intake of 1441 calories (289 breakfast/475 lunch/snack 88/supper 501/snack 88). The amount I have been eating is closer to what was recommended for maintenance - 1654.
Looks like I totally misunderstood the RDI on here. Only 3 of the 10 days I've reccorded so far had an intake that matched my weight loss from before, despite the calorie deficit show. Guess that'd be why I'm staying the same!. Really going to keep an eye on this & see where I adding the additional calories.

I was there too when I started tracking. I ate as many cals as what this site said and I wasn't losing, then I started eating less and read some journals saying that the RDI here was for maintenance. At least you have it figured out now, so hopefully a loss will be coming soon.
