Hi all my name is Traci this is my second time on Atkins and my goal from today on is 30 pounds, I am determined to get into a swimsuit this summer and not be mortified to go to the pool. I like to do different exercises depending on the weather and how I feel but I will do at least 30 min. per day. good luck all.
