Love it when the scale goes down. I usually don't weigh myself but once a week or 2 weeks. I used to be a scale obsesser! But with this challenge, going to weigh in every day, post a journal entry, and be diligent about the challenge.
I am not going to sweat an extra 100 calories as long as the calories I eat are clean ones. I went over the 1000 calorie mark yesterday, but if I get too manic about it, I won't have fun and may sabbotage myself, right? Right!
Feeling good today. Hope the Challenge is going well for all the nice people involved!
