Wow. No evil cupcakes & gained a lbs It has been a month since the last weird spike. Not enough time to really know if there is a cyclic pattern & water retention to attribute the gain to. Still looking at the long term loss. Will be adding daily 30 minute walks at the end of the month.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
