I have not been good about recording my food in my journal, but still have been watching what i eat. I continue to be consistent with my workouts. I have been going to a kettlebell interval class at the gym two days a week and it is the hardest workout i have ever done. i also usually make it out hiking or to the gym another day or two a week. I am pretty disgusted that no pounds seem to be falling off of me, but am trying to be patient and get my workouts going really good and continue working on my diet. It has to eventually start to work, doesn't it????
