Today I got an email from my employers MyWellness health screening program.
When I logged in there was a new dashboard I like, and one of the things you can do is link FatSecret, Fitbit, etc to your account and the system automatically updates with all that bio-metric information.
So, with that in mind, I am updating and fine tuning my account here to reflect my real life more complete and hopefully I can keep up with the daily updates!
