So I try and measure myself once every two weeks, for some reason I let it laps an extra week and let me tell you I was not impressed with the results. I can see that the scale has not budged but unfortunately for me I gained an inch around my waist, again let me say not impressed. My roomie is going to measure me again just in case the measurements were faulty, but I know that even though I have been working out like a boss I have been eating garbage.
