Started again March 6, 2010 at 186 lbs. Gained over the holidays and got a little out of control. Back on the wagon :-)

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 March 2010:
2108 kcal Fat: 156.02g | Prot: 131.86g | Carb: 50.01g.   Breakfast: herbal tea, coconut oil, pumpkin canned, baking powder, almond meal, flax seed, egg whole. Lunch: cheddar, avocado, TOMATO, shrimp kirkland, spinach, romaine lettuce, pine nuts, bacon, olive oil. Dinner: avocado, aidell's sausage, mozzarella, egg, tri-tip roast. Snacks/Other: atkins advantage brownie. more...
