Got my workout in this morning, so off to a good start. I need to keep my eating in check today, I've been eating more junk the last couple of weeks, and I need to get back to healthier eating. I didn't do awful yesterday, but I ended up eating a snickers egg last night, that I really didn't need, but caved to a chocolate craving. I've found that whenever my stomach starts feeling yucky I have horrible cravings for sugar and other junk. I don't know why, but I know it's not really going to help me, so I need to find the will power not to eat it.

I get to the point where I go through the house and throw all the junk out. It will be 2 weeks from Easter soon, and that is about my limit. If my daughter has anything left it will go out! Also, remember those junk foods have processed 'stuff' in them and they make your mind want more. I know it is crazy, but it is true :-( Workouts help in so many ways.
