Today I ate cake at work, and I ate 6 Lorna Doone cookies during a group meeting. That was more sugar than I've eaten for some time but I was able to stop this time and not over-eat all night. Watching the sugar grams daily, eating more fat in peanut butter and including whole grains along with soy protein is helpful. I feel feel full after meals and I don't have the jittery urge to eat everything within 50 miles. I came home and walked/ran on the treadmill for a few minutes. I'll drink hot tea tonight for a little sumpin'-sumpin' and plan my meals again tomorrow.
