Proud of sticking to fat secret tracking all I ate last week. Also proud of sticking to my exercise goals. Got my period yesterday so I'm trying not to eat everything in sight, but I'm HUNGRY for some reason. Trying to make good choices to get through the hunger and cravings due to my cycle. I can do it!
