No gain, no loss. I thought I might have a gain this week, since I had slacked on my workouts and had eaten more junk also. I will do okay eating during the day, then I get home and either we are so busy we grab fast food, which is never good, or I'd snack too much in the evening. I bought myself some lower calorie snack foods that will help keep me from snacking on a bunch of candy or other junk in the evening and I'm going to try to keep myself moving this week. I have some cleaning and gardening projects that I'd like to do in the evenings, so if I workout too that will be added calorie burn. No workout this morning because my knees, hips, and elbows were screaming at me, I think due to the storm fronts moving through. I'm going to try to keep busy this evening and will get a good workout in tomorrow morning. Here's hoping after this week I am one pound closer to my goal!
