Down a little this morning. I like the fact that there's a zero in the number. 11 stone 6.8 pounds, just under 11½ stone. 72.94 kg. Almost there.
Meanwhile, on the family drama front, I'm hearing more stories of the porkie pie variety. Not to mention having to explain, very politely, that providing me with crucial information means that I get to decide what to do with that information. Not that the provider tells me what to do from 6,000 miles away.
