pretty tough week for me emotionally
Mon Apr. 9- Morning cardio, Lowerbody1 pm Tues Apr. 10- aerobics, upper pm Wed Apr. 11 – morn. cardio, intervals pm (5min warm up, 20 min sprint, 5 cool), yoga Thurs Apr 12 – morning cardio(sprints), lower body 2 (horrible day only did about 20 min workout was too emotional) Fri Apr 13 – morning cardio evening OFF Sat Apr 14- OFF posing Sun Apr 15 – shoulders YAYYY uninjured!!
