Lose and fail fess up : doh! I ate a lot of fruit which put my carbs way over protein and fat today and I felt ravenous all day. I tried to balance this and ended up eating chocolate and almonds...uncounted in the diary. :-(. Done and over. I have to focus on protein, colorful veggies and healthy fats and not so much on fruits to stave off hunger.
