My back has been out for the last 12 days. I was trying to keep track and move as much as possible it just did not work in my favor. Last night I did two Alleve, a hot bath and sleeping with a pillow between my legs. It helped immensely. I was able to walk 7 miles today and hope to get in a couple of walks before Tuesday. I am feeling better that I only gained one pound with the back being out, Passover and Easter dinner. So it did pay off to watch what I was eating.
FatSecret would not let me in to input all of my calories for two days. That was annoying. May start to look for a new site to keep track. It is really too bad too because I like it here.
